Refund Policy

Applies to all CodeMaxed AI Training Programs. Last updated August 2026.

This Refund Policy applies to individual enrollments in CodeMaxed AI Training Programs and clearly defines the circumstances under which a refund may be requested.

1. Premium Plan โ€” Week-One Refund Guarantee

The Premium Plan includes a limited Week-One Refund Guarantee.

If you enroll in a Premium Plan and, after fully completing Week 1, decide that the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • You have completed all required Week 1 content and activities.
  • You have attended the Week 1 live session or watched the complete Week 1 session recording.
  • You have submitted the required Week 1 assignment, where an assignment is provided.
  • Your refund request is submitted before Week 2 content is released or made available to you.
  • The request is made through the official refund process described in Section 3.

The purpose of this guarantee is to allow Premium participants to experience the first complete week of the program before deciding whether the program is suitable for them.

Once Week 2 content has been released or made available, the Week-One Refund Guarantee expires.

The guarantee is available once per person, per program and cannot be repeatedly claimed by re-enrolling in the same program.

Basic Plan

The Basic Plan is strictly non-refundable.

The Basic Plan does not include the Week-One Refund Guarantee, trial period, or any other refund window. Payments made for the Basic Plan are non-refundable once the enrollment has been completed.

If a participant has a genuine exceptional circumstance that prevents them from continuing, they may contact CodeMaxed. Any alternative arrangement, such as transferring access or deferring participation, is entirely at CodeMaxed's discretion and is not guaranteed.

2. Refund Eligibility After Week 1

Once Week 2 content has been released or made available to a Premium participant, the Premium Week-One Refund Guarantee no longer applies.

Premium enrollments are therefore non-refundable after the Week-One Refund Window, regardless of whether the participant:

  • has completed or started later weeks;
  • has not watched the available content;
  • has not used the included tools;
  • has not attended subsequent live sessions; or
  • decides that they no longer wish to continue.

This is because program materials, instructor time, live sessions, resources, and other program services may already have been delivered or made available.

If genuine personal circumstances prevent a participant from continuing after the refund window has closed, CodeMaxed may, at its sole discretion, consider an alternative such as deferring the participant to a future cohort. Such arrangements are not guaranteed and do not create an entitlement to a refund.

3. How to Request a Premium Refund

Eligible Premium participants must request a refund by emailing:

info@codemaxed.com

The request must include:

  • Full name used for enrollment
  • Email address used for enrollment
  • Name of the program
  • A clear statement that the participant is requesting a refund under the Premium Week-One Refund Guarantee

Refund requests must be submitted before Week 2 content is released.

CodeMaxed will review eligible refund requests within 3 business days.

Once a refund has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer, the funds may take approximately 5โ€“10 business days to appear in the participant's account.

4. Installment Payment Plans

If a Premium participant enrolled using an installment payment plan and qualifies for a refund under the Week-One Refund Guarantee:

  • All remaining scheduled installments will be cancelled; and
  • Any installments already paid will be refunded in accordance with this policy.

Once the Week-One Refund Window has expired, installment payments are non-refundable.

Participants who no longer wish to continue after the refund window may contact CodeMaxed regarding cancellation of future installments. Where cancellation is permitted, access to the remaining program content and services will end, and any amounts already paid will remain non-refundable.

Failure to make a scheduled installment does not constitute a valid cancellation or refund request.

5. Team Enrollments & Custom Cohorts

Team enrollments, generally consisting of 5 or more seats, and custom/private cohorts may be scoped and priced individually.

These enrollments are governed by the payment, cancellation, and refund terms stated in the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, or invoice.

Where no separate refund terms have been agreed in writing, the standard CodeMaxed refund policy applies.

6. Third-Party Tools and Included Services

Certain CodeMaxed programs may include temporary access to third-party software, platforms, AI tools, subscriptions, or other services as part of the program.

These third-party services are provided as part of the overall training experience and do not have a separate refundable cash value.

If a Premium refund is approved under this policy, all associated program access and included third-party tool access will be terminated. Participants are not entitled to retain or independently continue using such access after their program enrollment has been refunded or cancelled.

CodeMaxed is not responsible for refunds, credits, or compensation relating to third-party services that are outside CodeMaxed's direct control.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing concern, please contact info@codemaxed.com before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute.

Most billing issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication with CodeMaxed.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting CodeMaxed, CodeMaxed may temporarily suspend program access while the dispute is investigated.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund under this policy.

8. No Refunds for Non-Participation

Simply choosing not to participate in the program does not make an enrollment refundable.

For example, a participant is not entitled to a refund merely because they:

  • stop attending live sessions;
  • stop watching recordings;
  • do not complete assignments;
  • become unavailable;
  • change their schedule;
  • no longer have sufficient time for the program; or
  • decide not to continue after the applicable refund window.

For Premium participants, the only standard refund opportunity is the Week-One Refund Guarantee described in Section 1.

The Basic Plan does not have a standard refund period.

9. Changes to This Policy

CodeMaxed reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time.

The version of the policy that applies to an enrollment is the version in effect on the participant's enrollment date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By enrolling in a CodeMaxed AI Training Program, the participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Refund Policy.
