Tomson & Sons is a long-established Sri Lankan company specialising in motor and generator repair and rewinding.
What wasn't working.
Service records, pricing sheets, technical manuals, and job history sat across filing cabinets, email threads, and shared drives nobody fully trusted. Finding a past job record, pricing precedent, or supplier contact meant searching multiple places or asking a senior tech from memory. New quotes and reports were written from scratch or copied from old files that may not have been current.
How we solved it.
We built a Company Brain that ingests their documents: job records, service manuals, pricing sheets, quote templates, supplier contacts, and internal guides. Staff ask questions in plain language and get the right document, pricing reference, or template back. When writing something new, the system surfaces the most relevant past documents as a starting point. It also feeds the AI receptionist, so client-facing answers match what the team knows internally.
