What wasn't working.
PilotUp is an aviation training platform with real expertise and almost no organic search presence. Competitors were sitting on page one for every keyword that mattered — commercial pilot training, CPL requirements, pilot career guides — while PilotUp was nowhere to be found. How we solved it.
Built an autonomous SEO agent that runs on a weekly cycle. It tracks rankings across PilotUp's target keywords, pulls competitor content and identifies gaps, and flags topics where PilotUp is close to ranking but not quite there. From that analysis, it drafts and publishes content directly into their CMS — correct headings, internal links, schema markup, metadata — without anyone on the team touching it. A monthly report comes out showing which keywords moved, which posts are gaining traction, and what the next eight weeks should focus on.
