• Referrals must be for new clients who have not previously worked with CodeMaxed.
• Referrers must provide accurate contact details for tracking and communication purposes.

2. How to Apply for the Referral Program

To participate in the referral program, visit the Referral Program Page on our website and fill in the signup form.

After signing up, you will receive an email with detailed information about the referral process, including:

• A unique referral code or link for tracking your referrals.
• Guidelines for sharing CodeMaxed’s services.
• Terms and conditions of the program.

Referrers must complete the signup process to be eligible for commission payments.

3. Commission Details

• A 20% commission will be paid on the net project value (excluding taxes, third-party costs, or additional expenses).
• The commission applies only to successful orders where:
  • The referred client has signed a project agreement.
  • Full payment for the project has been received.
• The commission will not be paid if the client requests a refund. The payment will be processed only after the 14-day refund period has passed.

4. Payment of Commission

• Commission payments will be processed within 15 business days after:
  • The 14-day refund period has passed without a refund request.
  • Full payment has been received from the referred client.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or another mutually agreed-upon method. Referrers must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays.

5. Process for Referring Clients

• After signing up for the referral program, referrers can share their unique referral code or link with potential clients.
• Referred clients must:
  • Mention the referral code/link during their initial consultation or onboarding process.
  • Confirm the referrer’s name and code when signing the project agreement.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

• No commission will be paid for:
  • Projects canceled by the client or CodeMaxed.
  • Referrals resulting in refunds (including those requested within the 14-day refund period).rrency).
  • Self-referrals or referrals within the same organization as the referred client.
• The 20% commission applies only to the initial project; follow-up work or additional projects from the same client are not eligible unless explicitly agreed upon.

7. Confidentiality and Ethics

• Referrers must not misrepresent CodeMaxed’s services or engage in unethical practices to secure referrals.
• All client and referral information will be handled with strict confidentiality.

8. Modification or Termination of the Program

• CodeMaxed reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Valid referrals made before any changes will still be honored under the existing terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding referral commissions will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Referrers can contact support@codemaxed.com to raise concerns or seek resolution.
